Billing
Insurance eligibility will be determined prior to services being rendered.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide all insurance cards prior to the visit for proper billing. Services rendered will be billed to the insurance on behalf of the client. Reasonable self pay options are available upon request.

What Are House Calls?
House calls are essential for people
who can no longer get out to their
doctor’s office for routine visits due to
conditions that render them home
bound. House calls are also available
for people who would like the
convenience of receiving a general
medical care at home. House calls are
for general medical care, such as:
- Management of chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and arthritis.
